The Authority is seeking to purchase the following: 1. no. EM Scanner, to meet the following minimum specification: a. Scanning minimum lowest frequency 150kHz b. Scanning maximum upper frequency 6GHz c. Minimum Spatial resolution 7.5mm d. Covering an area of no less than 30cm x 20cm e. High speed measurements (area of 100mm2 with a 100MHz span in less than 1 minute) f. Measurement plane isolation greater than 20dB g. Minimum rated power load 1W (30dBm) h. Maximum weight 3kg i. Compatibility with Siglent and Signal hound spectrum analysers j. Compatible with Windows 10 or higher 1. no. 3D EM Probe, to meet the following minimum specification: a. Ability to cover DUT (Device Under Test) dimensions 15cm height, 30cm area b. Maximum weight 4kg c. Minimum Spatial resolution 7.5mm d. Compatible with Windows 10 or higher 1. no. Near Field probe Set, to meet the following minimum specification: a. Probes with a flat response to cover RF range from 10MHz to 8GHz b. Compatibility with EM Probe above and software below 4. 1 no, Software capable of a. To display output from the EM Scanner and 3D EM probe b. Heat map visualisation of EM emissions c. Overlay of either images or circuit schematics d. Modes to include; broad spectrum sweep or spot frequency scanning e. 3D visualisation f. To include a 5 year license g. Drivers to support Siglent and Signal Hound spectrum analysers Interested parties should submit the following by email to the contact details provided in this notice no later than the end date detailed: 1) Firm, fixed quotation in £ sterling, with an estimated leadtime for delivery. Any and all charges to be clearly shown. 2) A detailed specification for the equipment and software (note that the Authority will not accept responses for part of the equipment).. 3) Your bank and payment details on letter headed paper. 4) A signed copy of our Ethics Policy (attached). 5) All responses will be deemed to be issued subject to the Authority's Standard Terms and Conditions (attached). Caveats to these Terms will not be accepted. 6) The Authority will evaluate all responses in accordance with the attached model evaluation model. The lowest cost supplier who offers an acceptable Leadtime and meets the minimum specification will be deemed successful, subject to contract.
