The Ireland South East Development Office (ISEDO) is a representative office of the local authorities of Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary, Waterford and Wexford who are working together to promote economic development across the South East Region. In 2019, Ireland South East Development Office developed the website http://irelandsoutheast.com/ to showcase the best of the region’s cutting edge business activity and highlight the benefits and attractions of living and working here. A promotional video was also developed to run concurrently with the website. During 2019/2020 ISEDO utilised several digital channels (newsletter, LinkedIn, Twitter, web news stories) to continue to communicate brand messages to its audience. An updated version of the promotional video with a ‘Move to the South East’ theme, and focussed on the lifestyle benefits of living and working here, is currently ready to be launched. The new video is available to view here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TeNiYR46aPQ This tender is to develop the digital marketing collateral (case studies, infographics, carousels and templates) that will accompany that video and an aligned digital marketing campaign that will be used on an ongoing basis to highlight the benefits of living and working in the South East. Opportunity now exists to take advantage of a general change in mindset to remote working and to the setting up of secondary company hubs outside of Dublin. The collateral will consist of a variety of components – detailed below in 3.1, Requirements – and including case studies (both company and personal stories), infographics, carousels and templates. It will be designed in such a way to ensure ongoing use and adjustment. Use of innovation and clever use of stock and existing photography is encouraged to provide the best value for money.
