Tender description
The Commission for Victims and Survivors wishes to appoint a Contractor to assist with the task of replenishing the victims and survivors forum (the Forum). The Contractor will be required to identify and recommend suitable candidates to sit as forum members, as and when they need to be replaced, to ensure continuity of the Forum. In doing so, the Contractor will be required to develop a framework; provide assessors; implement a candidate management system that includes sourcing, shortlisting, testing, and recommending appointments to the Commissioner; and deal with any challenges throughout the process.
