<p>This project involves the refurbishment of a 1980’s reinforced concrete multi-storey car park in the centre of St Helier. The car park is split deck in form, with a total of 12 decks, 2 bearing directly onto the ground and 10 suspended decks above. Decks are linked with straight ramps, typically 2 up and 2 down between each split deck. There is a stair tower at either end and in the centre, serving all decks. The main elements of works involve. 1. Concrete repair and Anticarbonation treatment 2. Triflex Coatings to Floors/Decks and Deck markings 3. Movement Joint altercations and renewal 4. Derusting and Metal mesh fencing replacement 5. Remove anti-climbing (Lippi) fencing and jet wash all insitu and pre-cast concrete surfaces to remove corrosion staining 6. Steelwork painting 7.
