Tender description

Engineering Inspections are an essential aspect of ensuring that plant and machinery owned and/or operated by the Council are safe to use and that the Council meets its statutory obligations. The successful bidder shall be required to carry out these inspections in accordance with the current asset register in order for the Council to comply with the following regulations: • Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (2000) • Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (1998) • Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (2002) • Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (1998) Lot 1: Engineering Inspections are an essential aspect of ensuring that plant and machinery owned and/or operated by the Council are safe to use and that the Council meets its statutory obligations.
