Children's Residential Placements - Consortia Commissioning

Tender description

This procurement is for the reopening of the children's residential placement Consortia Commissioning framework originally let in 2018. Further information and guidance was found in the procurement documents. This procurement was being tendered in Lots. Providers had the opportunity to apply for one or more Lots. There was an opportunity to apply for additional Lots when the Framework re-opens annually. Additionally, the Councils intend to use the Framework to call off 'mini competitions' resulting in Block Contracts. Details can be found in the Call Off Procedure Schedule 2.
