Tender description

The TEC (Technology Enabled Care) Service provides home-based TEC equipment provision and Telecare monitoring to individuals and their carers. The service aims to support people to regain and maintain their confidence and independence though the use of TEC. People using the service will have access to high quality TEC services which are person centred, treat people with dignity and respect, keep people safe, offer real choice and control, reduce hospital admissions, promote independence and social inclusion and are supported by skilled and dedicated staff. The service will operate over 7 days a week for people of all ages. This pre market engagement exercise seeks information from the market and is not a call for competition.
