Renewal of support and licensing is required for the following device serial numbers: - MNT-STM-2000-L-1 S/N: 665564 - MNT-STM-2000-L-1 S/N: 665565 - MNT-STM-2000-L-1 S/N: 663874 - MNT-STM-2000-L-1 S/N: 665562 Of the two service support offerings (Gold or Platinum), we have historically and still require Gold Protection level, which provides the following: • 24x7x365 Global Support Centre assistance • Customer Support Portal access • Online knowledge base, technical documentation and support forum access • Software updates • Hardware replacement • Customer Enabled Escalation on the CSP • Maintenance Window Coverage • Support Notifications • In-depth Root Cause Analysis on demand • E-Learning access 24 months contract term is required.
