Tender description
For the legal firm to act on behalf of the Council in its capacity as freeholder and landlord of the retail centres. The provision of legal services shall include, the drafting and completion of leases, deeds of surrender, rent reviews, tenancies at will, lease renewals, assignments, consents, licences to occupy, deeds of easements, debt recovery, together with the provision of legal advice (both oral and written) in relation to all aspects of landlord and tenant law and any other relevant law applicable to the day-to-day management of a busy retail centre.
