Tender description

Merthyr Valleys Homes is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to complete Cyclical Painting Works. Tenderers will be required to survey the contract area and submit quantities and pricing to fully complete the project including all preliminary and associated costs whether expressly stated in the appending Pricing Schedule (Schedule 3). MVH is looking to commence this contract in May 2023. The initial project under this contract is for 71 properties which must be complete by December 31st 2023. The location of the project is Gurnos, Merthyr Tydfil Lot 1: Merthyr Valleys Homes is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to complete Cyclical Painting Works. The initial project under this contract is for 71 properties which must be complete by December 31st 2023. Where additional properties are added to the programme the Contractor will be notified. Extension years will be issued where MVH have secured budget to undertake additional works. The successful contractor will provide a programme of works that will be reviewed and updated or amended on a monthly basis.
