Electronic Call Monitoring System for Domiciliary Care Providers

The London Borough of Redbridge is looking to commission and Implement an Electronic System across the Home Care Framework. • Redbridge Council currently has 35 Domiciliary Care Providers as part of the 2023 Redbridge Home Care Framework. These providers will be providing care out in the community for both children and adults. • Providers will be delivering bespoke care for Individuals, emphasising on ensuring any support they receive improves wellbeing and resilience as appropriate for the Individuals circumstances. • As part of the framework agreement, providers are mandated to use the Electronic Call Monitoring system which will be commissioned by the authority. The system will be used to Integrate with the authorities Internal case management and finance system. • The system will allow contract officers and commissioning staff to monitor the performance of care providers in line with their contractual obligations. • The system will allow for care providers to monitor care staff performance and organisational performance indicators as deemed necessary. • The system will be able to allow those delivering care to log calls, complete case notes and assessment as necessary ensuring compliance with the framework contract as well as recording actual time vs the commissioned time. The London Borough of Redbridge is looking to Implement a system which encompasses the following but not limited to : • Electronic Call Monitoring • Electronic Medication Administrations management • Family and Friends Portal • Reporting and a data analytics platform We are looking to engage with system providers to better inform our procurement process.
