CO0387 Mental Health Strategy

Tender description

Partner organisations across the county of Essex have developed a draft refreshed all age mental health strategy. This requirement is for consultancy services to provide the following.\r \r 1. To develop an implementation plan for the Southend, Essex and Thurrock (SET) all age Mental Health strategy\r 2. To work with ICB leads on interface with detailed ICB Mental Health plans.\r 3. To establish workstreams and agree sponsorship and delivery/management leads.\r 4. To work with ECC leadership assistant and the chair of the strategy implementation group (SIG) to prepare agendas and papers for the SIG for the first six months. \r 5. To identify any medium-term resource requirements to support implementation of the strategy and maintenance of the SIG\r 6. To maintain a risk and issues log agreed with the chair and reported to the SIG for the first six months. \r 7. To carry out a brief options appraisal on ways in which the three ICBs and ECC could work more collaboratively around CYP programmes of work by end of October 2023\r \r \r
