Tender description
Direct award via the Technology Procurement Association (TPA), Banking and Finance Framework (BFF) for the provision of central banking services. Central Banking Services are specifically excluded from procurement competition requirement by the provisions of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 under Section 11 (1) (g).
