Tender description

Updated Notice: This variation increases the value of the contract from £100,000 ex VAT as originally published on Contracts Finder, to £139,963.00. This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The services provided under the contract remain the same, being Software as a Service (SaaS) however, there has been an unforeseen need to extend the contract and provide continuity of service while a new competitive procurement is undertaken. During the original [and extended term], there have been two non-substantial amendments to the contract, reflecting the agile nature of the services.
