Bricklaying works for Oxford Direct Services

Tender description

Oxford Direct Services (ODS) is seeking applications from contractors who can supply brick laying works to domestic properties within Oxfordshire. This also includes associated works such as rebar, damp-proof installation, repair work and laying concrete paths.<br /><br />The principal aim of the tender process is to appoint up to 6 suppliers to ODS who will deliver both financial and efficiency benefits. Being on the framework gives you the opportunity to compete for business but does not guarantee that you will be successful in obtaining business. <br /><br />Suppliers appointed to the framework should be able to provide the following services: <br />• Construction of retaining walls <br />• Repointing – including raking out joints <br />• Remove and replace brickwork like for like <br />• Removal of brickwork <br />• Installing of expansion joints <br />• Rendering <br />• Roughcast / Pebble dash <br />• Excavate footings including removal of waste <br />• Install new footings including material supply <br />• Half Brick and Full brick walls<br />• Block work <br />• Rebar work <br />• Damp proof installation <br />• Repair work to existing brick work structures<br />• Laying concrete paths <br />• Emergency work – call out
