The intent at this stage is to redevelop a number of the multi-occupancy bed rooms day rooms and dining rooms to achieve primarily compliance of the S.I. No. 293 from the Health Act 2007. The general scope of works in relation this would involve the reconfiguration of rooms and this would give rise to various builders works such as Extensions onto two rooms to accommodate additional dining room capacity Door alterations Fitted furniture and IPS unit upgrades Flooring upgrades Personal storage alterations Nurse call alterations including wander alarm and staff protection Fire protection alterations or upgrades Radiator upgrades TV upgrade to digital or SMART Clinical Hand Wash Basin to comply with IPC standard Painting and decoration works approx 5000M2
