This is a Lotted contract. Lot 1- The maintenance and periodic inspection of automatic/ powered doors for pedestrian use in various unoccupied and occupied operational council properties located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Lot 2- The maintenance and periodic inspection of manual and powered industrial doors, shutters, gates, barriers, turnstiles and sliding/ movable partition walls (named Industrial Access Equipment) in various unoccupied and occupied operational council properties located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Lot 1: Maintenance and Periodic Inspection of Powered Doors for Pedestrian Use (Automatic/Powered Doors) The maintenance and periodic inspection of automatic/ powered doors for pedestrian use. A small number of installations may also be required under this contract. Lot 2: Maintenance and Periodic Inspection of Industrial Access Equipment The Maintenance and Periodic Inspection of Manual and Powered Industrial Doors, Shutters, Gates, Barriers, Turnstiles and Movable Partition Walls (Industrial Access Equipment).
