Committee room 3 • Water leak loft has left staining on centre part of ceiling, stain block and decorate ceiling as needed-1-2 coats depending on coverage-finish. Committee room 2 • Ceiling & vent repairs-touch up, repair-make good and decorate ceiling as needed-1-2 coats trade matt emulsion paint-depending on coverage-overall finish. • Open half circle ceiling decoration-views directly into loft-fire board, make good, repair and paint matt black. • Wall vents-repair around and repair, make good-touch in with satin wood, spray as needed. • Paint whole ceiling due to multiple ceiling repairs-1-2 coats trade matt white paint-depending on coverage-overall finish.
