Improvements to the functionality of SDNPA's volunteer management system

FORTHCOMING OPPORTUNITY: Estimated procurement start date 9 October 2023. A supplier will be sought to improving the functionality of our volunteer management system (Better Impact), in order to allow us to support existing volunteers more efficiently and effectively. It will help Ranger Teams to set up and allocate tasks more effectively and it will help us to offer new volunteering opportunities to new volunteers in future. It is anticipated that ITQ documents will be available from 9 October 2023. Additional information: SDNPA use an electronic sourcing portal to manage all tendering and quotation exercises and current and future contract opportunities can be viewed at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/southdowns. Once finalised, the tender documents will be uploaded to the In-tend portal. In order to view the full documents when they become available it is necessary to register with the portal.
