Tender description

A qualitative research project to better understand the impacts of the deployment of £15 million capital investment through the SHQF to tackle damp & mould issues in social housing in GM, within the context of challenges around housing quality in general and damp and mould in particular. Evidence of the benefits of successful deployment of these funds by social housing providers is hoped to strengthen the case for Government to expand and repeat their investment of funds, which is currently a one-off response to the findings of the coroner's inquest into the death of Awaab Ishak in a flat owned by Rochdale Boroughwide Housing.
