Tender description

This procurement exercise for ESOL New to English UK SPF 2023-2025 (the “Services”) is being conducted as a General Further Competition (“Further Competition”) under the Electronic Market Place (EMP) Ref: KMCAS-164; Provision of Adult Education, Training, Employment & Lifelong Learning (the “EMP”). Tenders are invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the “Council”) from Suppliers appointed to Category 2 - English Language Support for English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) of the EMP with relevant experience and ability to deliver ESOL New to English UK SPF 2023-2025 (the “Services”) as detailed in the Further Competition documents. The estimated value of the Services to be awarded is approximately £143,000.00 (One hundred and forty-three thousand pounds) for the duration of the contract. The anticipated commencement date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 1st October 2023. The anticipated expiry date for the Call-off Contract(s) is 31st March 2025, with no option to extend.
