Tender description

Mayo County Council “The Client” has received funding from Failte Ireland to construct a Facility Centre for Water Sports Activity at Carrowmore in Louisburg Co Mayo. The overall scheme has an estimated value of €850k including design team fees and the Facility Centre is to be completed by June 2024. An Exemplar design and specification of the proposed building (Facility Centre for Water Sports Activity) has been developed by MCA Architects who were procured by Failte Ireland to develop a universal and standardised design option for all the Activity Facility Centres proposed throughout Ireland. The appointed Design Team will adopt this developed Exemplar Building Design and specification to fit into the proposed site at Carrowmore.
