Design the refurbishment and upgrade of 4 no low-rise blocks at Vincent Close: 1-16, 17-33, 34-50 & 51-67. - 4 to 5 Storeys. - Constructed circa 1957 cavity wall, concrete roof and floor. - Vinylit cladding system installed in 1996. - 67 units. Scope to include: Specialist consultants e.g. structural engineers, quantity surveyors, principal designer and retrofit roles. Prepare, manage and submit the full planning and building control application process for Vincent Close. Include for all drawings and specifications throughout RIBA stages 2 – 6. Liaison with BCC planning and building control to the point that full planning permission and building control approval is granted.
