Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified Main Contractors who wish to be considered for construction works of the addition at Sancta Maria College located in Ballyroan Crescent, Templeogue, Dublin 16. The proposed development comprises (i) an existing structure that was commenced by a previous contractor but went into receivership during the final phase of construction of the school. The structure of the PE Hall has been completed to roof level. (ii) Demolition and removal of existing brick and insulation from cavity walls and block walls, as noted on drawings. (iii) Renovation of existing Assembly Hall with an addition of a stage. (iv) Site clean-up of materials from previous contractor (v) Improved site entrance and road, internal access roadway with set down area, on-site car parking including bicycle stands, ballcourts and site lighting. (vi) Existing roof repair.
