Rapid Deployment Team Training for Crisis Management Department

Tender description

To provide a comprehensive training solution which enables the FCDO to deploy staff at short notice into difficult operating environments across the world with the right skills and knowledge to be able to assist eligible persons (EP) living, travelling and working around the world when they are most in need. This currently involves being a part of the recruitment process (role-play stage) and training new team members three times per year in classes of approximately 24 participants. As a minimum, this allows 72 new team members, including participants from the British Red Cross and other Government Departments to be ready to deploy. 18 of these (six per course) will require training as team leaders.
