Tender description

Provision of Water Risk Assessments in line with the following phasing: Phase 1: will cover a pre-survey of Buildings and Infrastructure Water services to assess which systems are present in line with existing building list of systems to be Risk Assessed. Phase 2: will cover checking that record information is present for systems to be Risk assessed i.e. Schematics/ plant information / logbooks. • Water systems and air conditioning plant: buildings that require chlorination to tanked systems • Existing Site LP database outstanding issues. Phase 3: will cover compilation of Water Quality and Air Conditioning Risk Assessments for all necessary systems. Phase 4: will cover a review of Chilled / Heating / Condenser water systems chemical levels.
