Provision of a Serial Block Face Scanning Electron Microscope

Tender description

The University is looking to purchase an ultra-high resolution microscope system that is capable of producing 3D image (and elemental composition) data sets of resin- embedded tissue blocks using electron microscopy. The system is for a multiuser facility serving a wide range of disciplines so it must be flexible, upgradeable easy to maintain and intuitive to learn. A three year service agreement is to be included as part of this procurement and costed within the budget advertised.
