Highway Condition Network Survey to be carried out on Classified Roads (A, B and C) and Unclassified Roads. Survey to provide National Indicator Results for reporting to DfT. Provision also for the opportunity to order priority listing of carriageway to inform maintenance programmes. These surveys are procured through the RAMS Framework Blackpool Council.
