Electrical: Fixed Wire Testing, Emergency Lighting and Small Electrical Works

Further competition conducted under National Framework for Mechanical and Electrical Solutions (S 000-027311). The further competition process was carried out by Added Value Portal t/a Pagabo and was issued to all Lot 2C appointed Contractors within Northern Ireland. Lot 1: Within the terms of the contract the appointed contractor will deliver five specific work packages for all Council owned or leased property. The contract is to last for a three-year period, subject to budget and satisfactory performance. The specific work packages are listed below: • General electrical maintenance, repair and minor electrical works, • Periodic inspection & testing of electrical installations, • Emergency lighting testing and certification, • Lightning protection testing and certification, and • Portable appliance testing (PAT).
