Tender description
The Scottish Government had a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of Digital Planning Data Strategy. The Scottish Government is undertaking a digital transformation of the Scottish planning system, following the publication of ‘Transforming Places Together’ the digital strategy for planning in November 2020. The transformation programme was launched in April 2021. Data is at the core of the planning and building standards system and enterprise data architecture and data governance is key to enabling a transformed system. The purpose of this procurement is to engage a service provider to produce the overarching Data Strategy for Digital Planning Transformation Programme which can be developed iteratively and implemented in phases. Please note this an award notice, not a new opportunity.
