Tender description
The role of the RPR will be to ensure that people who cannot consent to their care arrangements in a care home or hospital are protected if those arrangements deprive them of their liberty. The Service will be available to people residing within the geographical boundaries of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire and those who are Ordinarily Resident in those areas and who are referred by a Health or Social Care Professional. If the Relevant Person is placed outside Nottingham or Nottinghamshire, the Provider will either directly deliver the service or sub-contract this work to a suitably qualified local Advocacy Service.
