Call-Off 2 Co-Production Support Services

Tender description

The Provider will deliver community-based co-production support in face-to-face and virtual settings throughout Nottinghamshire (but not in the city). There will be three core functions of the Co-production Support Service: 1) To facilitate shared spaces where people who draw on social care and professionals can come together (in person and/or virtually) to share stories and discuss an identified theme. The topics will be based on feedback from people who are drawing on the service or come as requests directly from ASC&PH. The Provider will arrange sessions at different times, which will include early evening, to enable a diverse range of people to participate. The frequency and format of sessions will be co-designed, but it is anticipated that these will be at least bimonthly in the first year. 2) To receive and share requests from frontline ASC&PH staff for introductions to people who are interested in participating in activity relating to specific service improvements. This includes building on early work to grow a co-production network, identifying and connecting people who are interested in working on a project or activity within ASC&PH. 3) Work with people who are directed to the Service either individually or through informal groups to help them develop their skills and knowledge to share their story and ideas for change with Council Leaders, Officers, Councillors and, potentially, other professionals with increased confidence.
