Tender description

National Highways "the Client" is seeking to set up a contract for the provision of technical service to undertake the review and update of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) with Geotechnical content. The DMRB review and update is required to align the DMRB with the updated MCHW to ensure a complete set of technical and contract requirements. The DMRB update is required to incorporate the design requirements and guidance which currently sit within the current MCHW and address all areas where the updated MCHW requires a design decision / input. The updated DMRB documents will be required to demonstrate a clear and consistent flow through of requirements from the DMRB clause to the relevant MCHW clauses and/or Work Specific Requirements (WSRs).
