Tender description

Providing YAMCS (an open-source software framework) licensed under Affero GPLv3, for command and control of spacecrafts, satellites, payloads, ground stations and ground equipment. The Partners (University of Surrey, Cornwall Council and Kispe space systems Ltd) wish to collaborate on the configuration and development of the Yamcs software to support the KernowSat-1 mission and future collaborative or independent satellite programmes. Under the terms of the Yamcs Affero GPLv3 license, all developments and enhancements to the software shall also be released under Affero GPLv3 licensing. The Partners have agreed to work together to carry out the Activity as set out in Schedule 1. The Partners have agreed to fund the Activity as set out in Schedule 2 of the collaboration agreement which sets out the terms of the agreement between the Partners to deliver the Technology Activity.
