Soft Market Test – M&E Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance

Plus Dane are seeking input from the market as to what would be the most beneficial way to package and scope a potential future procurement exercise(s) for inspection, testing, servicing, repairs and replacements of M&E equipment to homes and common areas as well as Plus Dane’s commercial premises and offices. The types of works to be undertaken will generally include the following, although this is not an exhaustive list: electric gates and barriers, CCTV, roller shutters, communal TV aerial systems / satellite receivers, door entry systems and automatic doors.
