The services required by the contract, include but are not restricted to the cleaning of all internal and external glazing, internally and externally to each Site where this Service applies. Lot 1: North East Window cleaning services to approximately 44 sites, generally in South Yorkshire, Tees Valley and Durham and West Yorkshire. The annual contract value for this lot is estimated to be 35,000 GBP Lot 2: North West 1 - Main Window cleaning services to approximately 48 sites, generally in Cheshire, Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside. The annual contract value for this lot is estimated to be 87,000 GBP Lot 3: North West 2 - Cumbria Window cleaning services to approximately 3 sites, generally in Cumbria. The annual contract value for this lot is estimated to be 7,000 GBP Lot 4: West Midlands Window cleaning services to approximately 55 sites, generally in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Rutland and Northamptonshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire, South Yorkshire and West Midlands.
