Dublin City University is seeking the services of an innovative supplier capable of providing facilities management services including: management, helpdesk team and CAFM system services; mechanical and electrical compliance, planned, remedial and reactive maintenance; building fabric maintenance; minor project works and cleaning, landscaping, security and reception services at DCU Alpha Campus only. The successful Candidate will have at their disposal a full range of facilities management services, contract management and contract support capabilities including sustainability, environmental and energy management support, Fire Risk Assessments and Asset Management services and a commitment to quality and innovation.
