NCC1237 - Project Management for the Development of Various Housing Sites

Tender description

NCC require a consultant to act as Project Manager for the development of the below sites from inception to handover This will include the following RIBA stages: 0 - 3 Strategic definition, preparation and briefing, concept design 4 - Procurement and contract 5 - 6 Construction and handover Glendale, Amble - x2 4 bed houses Lanercost, Cramlington - Varied mix of 2 bed Tyneside flats, 2 bed houses and 4 bed houses. Between 10-17 units depending on what can be achieved on site. Greyfields, Embleton - x2 2 bed bungalows and x2 2 bed houses NCC would expect Identity, in their capacity as project manager for the above sites, to undertake all core tasks included within the RIBA plan of works stages 0-6 and as set out in the NEPO212 schedule of services.
