Tender description
Renfrewshire Council require a Contractor to conduct an assessment of the condition of the memorials in the 9 cemeteries the Employer is responsible for and the 11 closed churchyards (details at the appendix provided). A detailed survey will be required for all memorials and headstones over 1500mm. There is no requirement to look at stones below the 1500mm height. The survey will have to identify a Red, Amber, Green status approach to identify what level of remedial action, if any, is required. The Tender Procedure shall be conducted in accordance with below GPA Open Tender procedure relating to a Service Contract.
