Maintenance and servicing of AERO MP systems

Tender description

This VEAT notice is to indicate that UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) intends to award a contract to Biaera Technologies for the servicing and maintenance of AeroMP systems UKHSA wide. Lot 1: The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) requires a maintenance contract for the four AeroMP instruments. The cover must include (but not be limited to) all labour, spare parts and travel for corrective and preventative maintenance visits. The repairs must be carried out to the original equipment manufacturers standards.<br/><br/>UKHSA believes that Biaera Technologies LLC is the only supplier capable of providing this level of cover due to the fact they are the OEM and do not instruct any third party agents or providers to complete or carry out the service activities on these instruments. <br/><br/>Therefore a decision has been made to enter into a 2 year agreement with Biaera Technologies for this maintenance and servicing with a 12 month extension option available.
