Tender description

The project consists of the construction works at the school including installation of a new extension with a corridor and accessible toilet as well as external upgrade works to allow access for all to the front door of the school and internal adjustments including door opes, corridor adjustments, new window opes, etc. Upgrades to external areas and connections to existing foul and surface water systems are also included. All services including sewers, electricity and water will be connected into the existing and revised facilities with upgrades where necessary. External works including ramps, tarmacking, footpaths, line marking, etc. will also be included along with the replacement and making good of door and window units throughout the existing school and associated wall and building fabric upgrades.
