Business Analysis (BA) Training for Department of Agriculture IT staff

The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine's IMT Group is responsible for the delivery of high quality, stable and secure ICT systems to support the core business of the Department. The current IMT Group business model comprises multiple project teams each of which is responsible for the development, maintenance, and delivery of ICT system(s) to assist in the delivery of business requirements. The IMT Group currently has a presence in five of the Department’s main locations namely; • Agriculture House, Kildare Street, Dublin 2 • Backweston Business Campus, Celbridge, Co. Kildare • Portlaoise, Co. Laois • Johnstown Castle, Wexford, Co. Wexford • Clonakilty, Co. Cork There are currently a number of staff in the IMT Group who require BA training imminently and it is expected with turnover of staff and onboarding of new recruits that there will be a periodic requirement for ongoing BA training. Although we expect to provide training for up to possibly 30 staff over the term of the contract, including possible extensions, the Department will not be obliged to draw down any minimum no. of training courses, nor will there be any limit on the number of courses required over the length of contract up to value of contract.
