Ambition and Pathways to Success - ESF Pathways Project

Sheffield City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified person or organisation to undertake an evaluation of 2 projects that are part funded by the European Social Fund: Ambition, and Pathways to Success - the ESF Pathways projects. We require a summative evaluation of the 2 projects which involve partnerships with local authorities in South Yorkshire and serve similar customer groups. Sheffield City Council is the accountable body for both projects and has entered into funding agreements with the Managing Authority for the European Social Fund in England, the Department for Work and Pensions. Partners, as well as leading delivery in their respective areas, contribute match funding to the project in proportion to their overall expenditure. Both projects are part-funded by the European Social Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020. This project is part-funded by the European Social Fund.
