Tender description

"In 2022, CGI (the Contractor) completed a discovery and recommendation exercise for the Ayrshire and Arran NHS Trust (the Health Board), comprising of an IT Service Management Maturity Assessment, an IT Health Check and Vulnerability Assessment, and a Post-Incident Review. This initial engagement led to several recommendations being identified in the technical, service management and strategic cloud transformation areas and informed the 4-year Reform Plan subsequently created by the Health Board team. The Contractor has supported the Reform Plan previously by carrying out technical and vulnerability remediation tasks in Year 1 of the Plan. The scope of this proposal is to further support the Reform Plan by delivering leadership in relation to cloud transformation strategy and service management improvement on a consultancy basis. The Contractor anticipates this engagement will be approximately 12 months in duration.
