The National Maternity Hospital at St. Vincent's University Hospital Campus - ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS as Reserved Specialist to Main Building Contractor; The proposed new National Maternity Hospital building will be located at the eastern side of St. Vincent's University Hospital campus and will comprise the construction of a building that rises to seven (7) storeys above ground level, with one partial basement level, plus additional ancillary plant areas on the roof level, giving an overall height of 42.300m. The gross floor area of the building will be up to 53,676m2 including shared services / facilities for both the new National Maternity Hospital and the existing St. Vincent’s University Hospital Campus. Lot 1: Procurement of Electrical Installation Contractor will be by a Restricted procurement process and is the subject of this PIN. The selected Electrical Contractor will become a Reserved Specialist to the Main Building Contractor who will also be procured through a restricted procedure. There will be other reserved specialists during the currency of the construction period; one such reserved specialist will be a Mechanical Installation Contractor.
