TfGM Learning Management System (LMS) Provider

Tender description

TfGM is looking for a learning management system provider that can offer learning management, performance management and competency management functionality (in one system) and that will enable TfGM to meet its current and future learning and development needs. TfGM currently uses an e-learning platform, Totara based, and this has been in place for a number of years. The current focus/use of the platform is around mandatory eLearning and performance and development reviews. TfGM are looking to build on our current LMS use, and manage compliance and competencies within the system. These are currently held on an offline solution, and TfGM are looking to automate the process and integrate within the LMS. TfGM are looking for improved and easier tracking and reporting functionality (for admins/managers/subject matter experts alike) which also better enables personalisation of learning and self-directed learning. The system will ideally facilitate recording of and automate monitoring of compliance/competency requirements while also maintaining the performance and development review functionality and LMS eLearning functionality. TfGM is looking to enter into a 2+1 contract with a supplier for this service and is looking to use the G-Cloud 13 framework to source this provider.
