School Construction: Rooks Nest Soft Market Testing

Tender description

Wokingham Borough Council have been awarded funding by the DfE to build two SEND schools within the borough, which are planned to open in September 2026, with potentially construction beginning July 2024. The Council is conducting soft market testing and wishes to understand the current construction market for schools construction, including understanding suppliers capacity, resources and timescales. The Council wishes to hear from any interested construction company with suitable school construction methods, to fill in the attached questionnaire (available on Procontract) detailing their capacity, experience and availability of their supply chain in particular to meet these requirements regarding timescales in order to make the project successful.
