Tender description

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wishes to appoint a qualified and experienced contractor to supply and operate cleaning services, including deep cleaning, at approximately 50 sites from 25 August 2023 to 31 July 2026; with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months, subject to review and performance. These sites, located throughout the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough area, include Leisure Centres, Public Conveniences, Administration Buildings, Pavilions and Tourist Centres. Lot 1: To supply and operate cleaning services, including deep cleaning, at approximately 50 ANBC sites from 25 August 2023 to 31 July 2026.
