Tender description
The purpose of the Project is to provide evidence-based recommendations that inform Historic Environment Scotland’s role in the resourcing and management of World Heritage Sites in Scotland. The management and resourcing of World Heritage has developed organically, and we are now in a situation where each of the World Heritage Sites in Scotland is managed and resourced in a different way. This review is to make sure that HES is adequately resourced, in both the Heritage directorate and across the wider organisation, to continue to deliver our functions and services relating to World Heritage. To ensure that World Heritage in Scotland has a sustainable foundation for the future
