Tender description

London Borough of Hackney are working in partnership with Network Rail and the London Legacy Development Corporation to commission a community organisation to organise and implement a long lasting mural art piece for the Hackney Wick Station wall underpass, accompanied by community and artist consultation. Given the high volume of footfall in this area, there is an opportunity to make the station underpass more inviting and pleasant for people who use it as a thoroughfare and also to deter graffiti on the underpass, making it easier to maintain.
